I cannot open the shears or find any way to 'open' or 'unlock' had tried to contact you but no response . .. was then poorly for over 2 weeks and forgot about them .. a friend looked at them but thought maybe they were faulty in some way Photos dont really show much but have sent ... If there is an explanation please let me know what I need to do. If not please replace Thankyou Carol

I have sent you Two Emails on the 12/8/26 the day after I received the scissors. The scissors not open properly the metal rubbed together and the don’t cut paper and they certainly don’t cut material even thin material. I am very disappointed with this item and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I asked for a full refund. Regards Jennifer Ashall.
