Firstly I received the skeleton instead of the demon holding a mug and reading a book. Secondly the paint work is terrible, looks like a child painted it. Finally is the delivery time was too long. I will keep this figure, but will have to repaint it. As an artist and modeller I will make this presentable. Disappointed.
By sending the right figure i ordered
You sent me the wrong item and are now refusing to correct your mistake by offering me $5 instead of sending me what I ordered. This is not the type of customer service that I expect and I ask that you do the right thing as requested
Delivery finally arrived but not what I ordered I wanted 3 different figures but got 3 of the same items

Its nothing like i ordered very small and the eyes don't stand out like in the figure I ordered very disappointed won't be recommending or ordering again
Disappointed at the size as the photo suggested it was bigger as it was about 2/3rds of the height of the books but it’s tiny, I did go in and check the height advertised but you must admit that your photo is misleading
Its not what I ordered I ordered the skeleton figure
The item was broken. One leg was broken off and in the box. The other partial leg was broken off and missing. The packing was just a flimsy cardboard box in an envelope. I do t think item stood a chance to get his but his missing lower is something else

It took a long time to get here (arrived yesterday, six weeks after ordering) but well worth it.

It has as yet to arrive. Disappointed.
Very disappointing. Models are not the same as described in the advert. Did not receive 3 different models, got two the same, one with wings and one without although both the same person. Did not receive the skeleton model with the skull. No facial features on any and very poor paintwork. Definitely not worth the price paid. Amazon sell the same set of three at a price not much more than one monthly payment for these. Not recommended.
Your advertisement places the figure on a bookshelf with books in the background. In reality the figure is so small that in no way is it even half the size of a standard book. I have thrown them in the garbage!
It’s tiny!! On the picture it’s on a book shelf and is almost the size of the books, in reality it’s about 3 inches high and looks very cheap compared to the nice one in the picture. It’s rubbish and massively over priced for what it really is! Very disappointing indeed. Won’t be ordering from this store again and will be leaving a review so people are aware before they make the same mistake as I did! Also the delivery has taken weeks and weeks and I’ve had emails asking how it is way before it even turned up. All in all very bad service!
