By sending the friendship that was advertised on Facebook instead of the one sent to me that had no writing on it and looking nothing like the advertisement on Facebook I would like a refund This was supposed to be a present for my best friend 80th birthday
Send what was ordered!!!!........ its not what I ordered as you can see in the photo that ive attatched !!!!!. I have emailed you and had no reply from you in over a week !!! It's tiny ! It's not got any writing on it ! It's poor quality and very thin..... lesson learnt i definately won't be ordering from them again
I would like my money back for this item. Item not described as advertised I was expecting writing on the stone just like it is advertised but as you can see nothing so I want my money back it’s been over a week since I sent 2 emails and heard nothing from a very unhappy customer
By sending what you are selling what I got was nothing like you where selling it is cheap plastic no weighting nothing like what I ordered I will not recommend to snyone
The picture showing the product was what appeared to be a piece of coloured glass with an inscription on it. It looks beautiful but what I received was a flat piece of plastic with ribbon for hanging on tree. How on earth can you charge the amount you do and I would not insult my friend by giving this so called product
The product arrived in a battered old Jiffy bag on its own no wrapping. It is made of thin cheap looking plastic and is very unattractive. Certainly not. Of a standard that that would be appropriate as a “special, gift” for a best friend :
It was not like the quality I thought it would be, arrived in a Jiffy bag no box, I wanted it for my best friend, but I won’t give her it now, very thin, nothing like the picture you advertised, I’m very disappointed.
It’s arrived but late it has no writing on it so not what I ordered so when I get back from holiday I will be returning it .it was supposed to be a present for a very dear friend who I am visiting.
