Send the correct item. Whilst the head of the invoice says dragonfly- as in the advert- I specifically asked for cat- which is also displayed on the invoice.
I ordered this item believing it to be 16 inches. As you can see from the photo it is only 20cm (8 inches). IT IS HALF THE SIZE of what I'd ordered. 😡
It's disappointingly smooth print and flat surface. No stars as in picture. Put in conservatory but wanted it to go outside to be visible. Photo looks better than in life!

It is very dull looking and nowhere as colourful as your advert and so just flat your adverts show it to be far more colourful and raised up like 3D and it just a cut out piece of metal, very dull and disappointing . Nodout your photos were highly lit and the metal pushed up
