Not only was i told after 12 emails going back and forth. Being treated like an idiot. That i ordered it like this despite both pics with the cow attached. They just keep saying you can attach it to the ring that attaches to the bag..I ordered one with it complete not happy at all and they offered me £2 compensation no thank you as would never reccomend this to anyone feel totally ripped off. I am not an idiot so please don't treat me like one. So angry as I have experienced wanted one for a while so disappointed with both the item and how the company has treated me .

What a shower of sh*t. Bought as a gift - advertised as a lovely keyring in a presentation box and look what was delivered….eventually! My advice… stay well clear and don’t waste your money! Email sent to company which surprise, surprise has been ignored!
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered standing tall coo brown. What I got was an orange on all four feet coo. Card resembles a scrunched up of paper. Ordered on 11 Apr 3 automated replies my coo arrived today 27 May. DO NO BUY THIS PRODUCT WASTE OF MONEY. This Company is total shambles avoid at all costs.
This is just a blob of plastic it is nothing like the product you advertise. REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

I had to wait weeks and sent numerous emails. When it did arrive it had a crisp in it, and was broken. So disappointed, as it was a present. They offered me $8 or I send it back at my expense. So needless to say, I won't be recommending or buying from there again. 😪
The plastic highland cow is not the same as was on the item I bought. The cow appears a cheap variant and is not a happy cow. It is even orange in colour and not brown. As a scotsman, the plastic cow does not do anything for our real highland cows in Scotland.
One of the keyrings was damaged & I felt they were not really like the picture - really plastic looking
It’s nothing like the picture , that you portray on your website , it’s discusting , that you can charge people , for a lump of plastic , I got this for my daughter in law , I’d be embarrassed to give it to her it took ages to come as well , so disappointed, I wouldn’t order from your website again I want a refund , not worth the Money

The box was bashed up and the cow had a part missing from the key ring which attaches the cow to the key ring itself ! I’m awfully disappointed with this purchase as I have a love of the highland cows and wanted to put it to use right away to show off my beautiful cow . I would appreciate if you could send me a replacement as soon as possible , I would happily pay the cost x

On the whole , quite pleased with the Scottish coo. Although they are much smaller than the advert makes them look. But still quite cute. My wife and sister inlay will be pleased with them.
All four are lovely BUT I ordered TWO RED and got ONE red and ONE blue The other two colours are correct Only other downside is the packaging Cos it was so soft ALL the cards got bent and crushed in transport pat stephens
